The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we have received your recent letter dated August
18, 2006 that requests additional information for the Ridgehaven Subdivision permit application.
We are coordinating with the applicant to obtain the requested information. We request that you
keep the project open so that we may continue to work toward obtaining the 401 Water Quality
Certification. We will be submitted the requested information as soon as we are able to obtain it.
