I'm particularly concerned about the negative impacts on health, such as water quality, specifically Durham's
drinking water! Clean water is vital to our growing city and we should not jeopardize our health for this
development.
Their application also ignores public safety concerns about direct human contact with water/runoff from the
development.
Additionally, I'm concerned about the negative impacts on threatened and endangered species and their habitat,
as well as historic Durham sites.
