I might agree with the project if certain changes are made. Durham needs housing and townhomes are much
better than single family homes from an environmental perspective. However, please consider keeping more
area unpaved to reduce runoff, preserve more vegetation, and remove the units closest to the water. Also can
DEQ find a way to require affordable housing units in the develolment?
