This is pure greed, growth isn't always beneficial. The loss of nature, trees, animals and more. This land is way
more valuable then a densly populated row of houses. Durham is changing and not for the better. Too much
growth in all the wrong places. Especially so close to water sources and runoff to the eno river and Teer quarry.
My vote is NO!!!
