I live on the corner of holt school rd and Wellington drive my property ends on roxboro rd. As you should know
this is directly across from the new Northern high school that is now being constructed.The traffic on north
roxboro is heavy doing rush hours at the present time. The addition of the new high school having 2 entrances
with traffic lights will make this area really congested . Trying to circumvent doing school hours is difficult
because Holt Elementary has a traffic problem. We also have Voyager academy close by . The addition of 400
homes with approximately 800 cars is adding more congestion.
This does not even deal with the Eno state park infringement with this new subdivision . We on holt school rd
already have people using our neighborhood as a cut through to avoid roxboro rd traffic
