This project should be reconsidered on the grounds of environmental concerns (namely water quality issues) as
well as the other points brought up by the Save Black Meadow Ridge Group. A project with such wide reaching
effects that is of questionable benefit for the residents of Durham should have a Public Hearing and be rigorously
studied to ensure the surrounding environment will not be impacted adversely. Eno Park is a special part of
Durham and it should be protected. There is plenty of urban sprawl but only one Eno Park.
