To whom it may concern,
This whole development concept is just insane. It's right on top of the Eno. Roofs, parking lots, impervious
surface in extremis. We need to protect the few green spaces the city has. In addition to the environmental
impacts, this exacerbates the inadequate roadways for the increased traffic. I am not in support of this project
and a public hearing should be held. This project is not in the best interests of Durham's public interests.
