I'm absolutely opposed to this development, as it's far too close to important riparian boundaries of the West
Point on the Eno. Durhamites value our wilderness to the north of the city - it's one of the things that makes living
in a city tolerable, and it lends a unique sense of place to the city. Moreover, we're facing a critical loss of
biodiversity, and now is absolutely not the time to be building large, sprawling projects on the outskirts of the city.
We need environmentally responsible housing instead.
