This project is projected to have adverse impact on the quality of water in the Eno River affecting downstream
riparian owners and Falls Lake, a major source of drinking water for our area. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
should be requested to review the potential environmental impacts of this project since the Eno River is a
navigable watercourse.
