I oppose the Westpoint development and its permit application. The assessments due not represent the full
impact of the development, nor do they represent the full impacts from the 401 Individual Clean Water Act Permit
distances. I believe a Public Hearing should be required for this development due to its size and scope and
potential harm to the community and surrounding wildlife and waters.
This project should be deemed to have a significant public impact and merits greater oversight through a higher
level of review and different permit type.
I urge you to explore the Save Black Meadow Ridge group's concerns through further investigation. I would
appreciate a response that addresses each of their concerns in addition to my requests above.
