Please consider the impact to local wildlife and outdoor preserves as a result of this increase in commercial
activity in the North Durham area. The immediate neighborhood acts as a haven for wildlife. An influx of more
traffic would place these animal populations at risk of displacement as well as placing them in danger of injury or
death due to increased traffic introduced to Guess Rd and Latta Rd.
My family and I moved to the Durham area, and North Durham in particular, to live in a quieter and greener
space. I have no desire to see what is best about this area be given away due to over -zealous development.
