I soppose the new Westpoint Development, which would have a negative impact on the Park and Durham's
drinking water.
The developer's federal and state Clean Water Act applications omit how the development has negative impacts
on water quality, endangered species, and historic sites. The citizens of Durham deserve a public hearing about
this development.
