I strongly oppose the new Westpoint Development, which would have a negative impact on Durham's "crown
jewel" West Point on the Eno Park.
The developer's federal and state applications omit how the development has negative impacts on water quality,
specifically Durham's drinking water
The applications contain incomplete, conflicting, and/or incorrect information
The applications omit how the development negatively impacts threatened and endangered species and their
habitat
The applications do not account for how the development negatively impacts historic sites, including one of the
last functioning mills in NC
The citizens of Durham deserve a public hearing about this development!
