I am disappointed by this project. This is one of my favorite areas of Durham and I have deep concerns over the
environmental impact of this project, namely our water sources. Although development is needed within Durham,
it is not appropriate sacrifice our natural resources for luxury homes. I also believe that the Save Black Meadow
Ridge group has raised many concerns that I share, and I believe each point being raised by this group needs
more thorough investigation, and would appreciate a response that reflects the vetting of those concerns. I would
also appreciate more transparency in this project, at a minimum a public hearing
