Attached are the buffer letters for Cedar Grove Golf Course, Ezell Bank, and Hatley Mill Site. A hard copy will go out in
the mail Monday. Let me know if you see any mistakes. They were all becoming a blur after a while.

Katie, Copied you so you had a fairly clear copy for your files. Tommy will get the original so making copies of those to
look good may be tough.

I am pretty sure that we decided that the piped sections would be counted as stream and buffer restoration.

Yes the letter won’t show them as subject to the buffer rules but I can make some indication on the map that it will
count towards buffer mitigation for clarification.

At Cedar Grove…how did we decide we were going to handle the stream channels that are currently being piped under
the fairway? We are planning on buffer restoration there after we remove the pipe and restore the channel. We have
shown buffer restoration in the BPDP, but I just want to make sure if your stream calls don’t include the piped sections
that we are on the same page about the future conditions.
