Please reconsider the needs and interest of Durham's citizens before moving this proposal forward. West Point
on the Eno is a treasured city park for Durham residents and it would be a shame to negatively impact this park
(and create downstream environmental and public health consequences) in order to build a housing
development. Durham is a growing city and building housing is important, but West Point on the Eno is not the
place to do so.
Please reconsider and at the minimum allow a public hearing.
