While as a local residential real estate agent I understand the great need we have for more housing, I do not
agree with this project.
A jewel we have to offer our citizens is the wonderful West Point on the Eno city park: the river, trails, gathering
spaces.
I feel this project infringes too much on this jewel and will adversly affect the nature of the park and the natural
protection it offers wildlife and flora.
The fact that NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources declared that "no historic resources...would be
affected by the project" is disingenuous in extreme.
Please do NOT approve this project.
