I am opposed to this project and their permit application. I believe there will be significant, negative impacts to
storm water, run off, from the development. The application is incomplete and contradictory and does not contain
information about how the development would impact historic sites.
The proposed 70% of site to be impervious surfaces less than a mile from the Teer water intake is concerning. I
believe there should be a higher level of public input, public hearings, and additional research to demonstrate the
impacts to our water in Durham.
