Dear Ronnie:
Enoch Engineers has completed site plan revisions as requested for the project referenced above:
o One additional sewer utility impact (0.014 acres) at impact site #1 and revised total impact
a~*eage (0.168 ac~*-es).
o Notice language stating proposed Dell Street will not be built-out, therefore includes NO
additional impacts.
o Lots containing wetlands and non-developable lots listed.
o Building envelopes for lots containing wetlands are modified and include a ten feet (10~
setback from any wetland boundaries present.
At the request of the client, Enoch Engineers proposes the client pay into the North Carolina Ecosystem
Enhancement Programs (NCEEP) as a mitigation purpose alternative, in-lieu of the originally proposed
wetland restoration plan.
