similar structure. As I mentioned during our phone call, our guidelines do not allow a customer to "reclaim shoreline"
That being said, I don't have a problem with this customer removing the existing wall, and reshaping the shoreline
behind the existing wall with fabric, stone, and a small amount of fill dirt to encourage new vegetation growth. I
