Attached is a revised impact map set. There are no changes to the surface water/wetland impacts requested
for authorization. The access path to the dock from the proposed amenity center was re -aligned to minimize the
impact to the riparian buffer. For this project, the Neuse Buffer Rule is implemented by Johnston County. A
buffer authorization application has been submitted to the County. This set of maps is provided to ensure that
your records reflect the most current site plan for the project.
