I am concern of the environmental impact from the development, as well as driving property tax for the local
area. I propose the developers would choose low income areas to set up better Infrastructure, Community
centers, And educational resources. I wish that Durham city Council. Catering to the needs of which developers
in order to receive tax incentives. Worry about your community.
