As a resident of Durham, as a parent and as a concerned citizen, I strongly oppose this development proposal. I
am concerned for the safety of our drinking water, for the impact on the natural habitat. I believe that the permit
application needs to be reviewed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, along with additional oversight and impact
assessments. I am requesting a public hearing from the Division of Water Resources per code: 15A NCAC .02H
