This project is entirely too large and too dense so close to Wear Point on the Eno.
The lack of any public hearing, lack of involvement of the N C Preservation group as well as Army Corp of
Engineers should be addressed.
It is not by any means appropriate or in the best interest of of the City of Durham or the future for the state's
interest In Historical Preservation.
