He found a small area (111 sf) of wetlands near the outlet of the pipe coming from the Stormwater 42 area that he originally assumed to be impacted, but is really not (see attached). This reduces impacts to 43,675 sf or 1.0026 acres. Would you allow one acre of non - riparian wetland credit to mitigation for these impacts? Thanks! Provide me with the agreement as soon as you can. 1:1 is fine by me. Our original application stated that there were no private banks in the Neuse 03020204 and we would need to use the EEP. But since that time, Brices Creels Mitigation Bank has come on -line. Would you only require mitigation for the wetland impacts, and not the RPW? Can we use a 1:1 mitigation ratio? Thanks! Total wetland impacts are now 1.01 acres (reduced from 1.2 acres). RPW impacts are still at 0.15 ac. Let me know what you think.
