I do not support the Westpoint development and their permit process. A public hearing should be required for this
development. This development will greatly impact the residents in our community, as well as the water quality
and endangered and threatened species.
Groups like Save Black Meadow Ridge and Eno River Association have raised many concerns regarding the
Westpoint development and these need to be thoroughly investigated and considered. I am deeply concerned
about the detrimental impact that this development will have on Durham and our natural resources.
