There are several major reasons why this project should not be even considered: Damage to the environment
and ecosystem along the Eno and traffic are two. The city of Durham has done nothing to support improved
traffic management on 15-501 during commute times, and a development of this size will make it a horror show
for everyone who lives in North Durham. The ecosystem along the river will be destroyed, I'm sure not of any
concern to the developer. I'm all for creating beautiful housing communities, as long as all those impacted by the
changes have opportunity to be heard. This project should not be approved until all voices hear. Thank you.
