Much work over many years has resulted in improved water quality ratings for the Eno River. This project
threatens not only the quality of the water for human use, but also heavily used recreational areas and the
ecosystems of the tributaries and the river downstream.
At minimum a public hearing and further assessments are necessary to hold this development to the highest
standards because of the potential of significant impacts. We must carefully address all of the points raised by
the thoughtful folks in the Save Black Meadow Ridge group.
