We went out to all the main lift stations that pumps to the plant. We checked Fairmont, Boardman, Cerro Gordo& Fair Bluff. All four towns was tested and checked for Total Mercury, and all result was <0.0002mg/l. We then went and talked to Dentist office about Mercury and he said if mercury was high from his office he would do what was need to help. Then we went and talked to White House Packing and they were in process of closing down business. We are not receiving anything from Robeson County landfill. Our low level Mercury at WWTP are in the limits and the plant is operating and running to its standards. The only thing we have found is that the high mercury results was coming from White House Packing and they are now closed. Sincerely, Kevin Taylor, Maintenance Johnny Britt, ORC, Fairmont WWTP Linda Vause, Town Manger
