10. Comments: This site was inspected for compliance on October 19, 2021. At the time of inspection,
permanent ground cover, sufficient to restrain erosion, was observed to be in -place over much
of the site. The project area noted on Sheet -WI. 1 falls under coverage of ROCKI-2021-003.
No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and
released under the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater
Permit for Construction Activities (NCGO 1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice
of Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at:

must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
