The Fayetteville Regional Office reviewed the 2010 PAR submittal for the Town
of Fairmont Wastewater Treatment Plant that was received on February 8, 2011. The
review indicated that _ the 2010 PAR submittal was adequate . and satisfied the
requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908 (b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North
Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR is due by March 1, 2012.
