west point on the eno is such an important place for durham both ecologically and spiritually. allowing this project
to proceed would be a disgrace to all of durham's residents, past, present, and future.
i also want to mention that the eno river was an important place for the original indigenous inhabitants of this
area. this land is not rightfully 'ours'. to allow this development to happen is to further disrespect the people who
once tended this land, and were forcefully removed from it.
allowing this project to proceed any further would be a tragedy.
