I am very opposed to this development. It is my opinion that this development poses a threat to our environment
and is not in the best interests of the residents of Durham.
It is absolutely imperative that we preserve and conserve our natural green areas of Durham as the city
continues to grow. Allowing this mass development to be squeezed through without ANY public hearings sets a
horrible precedent for the future of our natural areas. It will be impossible to reclaim this land once everything
has been clear cut and paved.
The Save Black Meadow Ridge group has brought up a number of significant concerns that absolutely need to
be addressed. This deserves further review and extensive public hearings.
