Gobble" <cgobble@ncrrbiz.com> TACU received a note from Mr. Murray Monday afternoon relinquishing his Biological Wastewater Grade 4 Certificate along with the actual certificate issued on 6/15/1987. At this time there is no need for further action. If Mr. Murray does wish to get re -certified, he will have to start at Grade 1 and progress back up through each grade. Due to Mr. Murray's health at this time it is unlikely that he will pursue certification in the future. The advisory committee scheduled for today will now not need to meet. I will include a discussion of the disciplinary procedures in the next Commission meeting agenda. Jerry 1 of 1 4/19/2006 11:12 AM
