The Westpoint development will harm the natural beauty and livability of this area of North Durham. I have lived
in this area for over 30 years; my husband is a Durham native. Our daughter graduated from Durham Public
Schools, and volunteered for many years at the Eno River Association. The Westpoint development plan will
SERIOUSLY affect this area's most valuable natural resource --the Eno River and its habitat. Please don't let
Northern Durham be ruined like South Durham --thoughtless development, unregulated traffic and ugly
development. This development would negatively impact the quality of life for all Durham residents. I think that
there needs to be public hearings and many opportunities for Durham citizens to raise their concerns.
Remember we all live here --the Developers do not. They don't care.
