This letter provides notice that, effective October 22, 2021, the Acme (Riegelwood), NC facility,
located at 333 Neils Eddy Road, Riegelwood, NC., will have a legal name change from Hexion
VAD LLC to Bakelite Synthetics. No operational changes to this permit are required as a result of
this name change, and no operations are expected to materially change.
