The concerns raised by the Black Meadow Group about the potential impact on West Point on the Eno deserve
more thorough investigation and a public hearing. West Point on the Eno is a long standing and well used gem of
Durham and it seems obvious that this permit will have significant public impact.
Please take the time to investigate the potential impacts thoroughly .
