1. I have attached a revised plan that shows the location of the Drain Fields, Septic Tanks, and Septic repair
areas.
2. I have attached the additional Agent Authorization Forms
3. Clarify and Justify- As you can see from the plan the septic and repair areas are threatened for all 3 of the
lots. Additionally this is above the Mean High Water Jurisdictional Area and creates additional bankful bench
floodplain dissipation that the stream does not currently have to alleviate near bank stress.
