The following information was omitted and is necessary for the processing of an application: Page 8 of 10 — Stormwater Management and Diffuse Flow Plan. The application indicates that this project is a future hospital/medical site development. Item #2 (overall percent impervious of project) must be completed for the future development project and all other stormwater questions should be answered based on the final development plans.
