This development will be devastating to the Eno, and is unnecessary (particularly as it does not address the
need for affordable housing). I believe it will increase traffic and flooding vulnerabilities. All vegetation will be
removed, which would be tragic. This is not a development that should be supported. This is not beneficial to the
city or environment.
