Roy Lowder with Parkton called to inform us that he had a BOD weekly
violation.
The Violation was 24 with a limit a weekly limit of 22.5 (per Roy) and
monthly limit of l5mg/l.
The violation occurred on the 23rd of May.
He believes it may be rain related.
Don please call him to discuss the operation of the plant.
He indicated that I/I may be the cause.
Is he still operating only one ditch?

Roy Louder, ORC reported today that he had a weekly BOD of 18 and his
limit 15 last week.
He indicated that his solids were also high and that he may not have
wasted in time.
He is going to take additional samples.
