An egregious proposal so close to critical open space and waterways. Development will squander the natural
benefits and services we receive from such areas that are the core of our existence. It's not that all development
is bad but the spatial location and orientation matters, and we should no longer be approving development
proposals that require water quality exceptions. Thank you.
