This was the last in his series of three samples collected. We discussed his situation and his dechlorination. The chlorine residual on the sample that failed was reported at <0.04. We discussed again that the dechlor feed pump is not flow proportional like the chlorinator, but pumps constantly. Again the flow to the plant is by forcemain and there are periods of time with no flow. (I'm now wondering if the problem is the dechlor causing the toxicity) Roy agreed to purchase some dechlor tablets to use in leu of pumping the dechlor liquid and if there is no flow, there will be minimal dechlor added to the effluent. We are grabbing at straws, but this just may be the answer. I'm excited to see what happens next month. Don 1 of 1 12/11/2002 10:38 AM
