Hello, I am writing today as a Durham resident very concerned with the building proposal at Black Meadow
Ridge. I do not feel that moving forward with the building project is in the interest of the Durham public, or indeed
in the interest of anybody but the developers' bottom line. I don't feel that the assessments made of the impact
this project could have on local water sources are full or thorough. In light of both these sentiments, and the fact
that so many other Durham residents share them with me, I would like to see this further opened to the public via
a public hearing! And at the very least, I would like to see these concerns (public good, environmental impact)
addressed in a more detailed and transparent way.
