I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. This development would have a great
impact on the environment, Durham residents, and West Point on the Eno. I believe a public hearing should be
required for this development.
I oppose the Westpoint development and their permit application because the application omits many crucial
details and information pertaining to impacts on water quality/drinking water, runoff from the development,
historical sites, endangered species habitats, and overall incomplete, conflicting, or incorrect information.
