Brad,

some quick things (and maybe more to come as I keep reviewing).

Please send me a copy of the Preliminary site plan that shows the stormwater ponds and has a table of the
basic info about those ponds on a blow up or bigger sheet. This has been shrunk so that I can’t actually read
the numbers and when I blow it up on the electronic copy they are not clear.

The parcel identification numbers and landowners list shows Parcel #159587. But there is no option included
in the package for that parcel. There is one for a Parcel #159586 with the same landowner. Could this be a
typo?

Also, all these parcel options will expire prior to us issuing the permit. I know that there was discussion that
they could/had been extended. Can the City verify that for our file? Either send me new documents showing
the extensions, or provide me with a statement on City letterhead and signed by the City manager indicating
that all parcel options have been extended?
