A compliance evaluation inspection was conducted on the town's wastewater treatment plant
February 28, 2008. The on -site inspection visit was conducted with the assistance of your Operator
in Responsible Charge (ORC) Terry Wagers. The attached report lists records, areas of operation,
and equipment that was inspected along with any pertaining recommendations.
