To Whom It Concerns:
I am opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. Based on what i have learned recently
about this project, i don't think we yet know the true impacts of this development. There should be a public
hearing on all aspects of this project before it is approved.
For example, it is my understanding that we have not been provided enough information on how the
development affects water quality with regard to runoff, and human contact.
I understand that Durham is growing, but please let's do it responsibly without jeopardizing our local
environment.
I am requesting that there be a public hearing from the Division of Water Resources on this development.
