Significant progress has been th made since the compliance review on October 13 and NCDOT continues to work with our contractor to promptly identify and correct site repairs as needed throughout the project. Considering this progress made, we would request th that NCDWR conduct a follow up compliance review on Tuesday October 26 or at the earliest convenience.
