I am strongly opposed to the Westpoint development and their permit application. I do not think the assessments
reflect the true picture of the development's impacts and the impacts from the 401 Individual Clean Water Act
Permit disturbances. I believe a Public Hearing should be required for this development.
The impact to the environment is too great. We need to protect the Eno River.
